超深冲合金化热镀锌钢DX53D+ZF的组织结构分析

摘    要:分析了深冲合金化热镀锌钢DX53D+ZF的镀层组织结构和微观成分,测试了试验钢的拉伸性能、成型性能和抗粉化性能特性。分析结果表明,产品具有良好的塑性应变性能,镀层厚度分布均匀;结构细小致密;镀层铁含量平均为10%,梯度变化平缓。

Abstract:The microstructure and micro chemical composition for deep-drawing galvanized sheet DX53D+ ZF were analyzed, and comprehensive mechanical properties were measured, including tensile strength, press deformation and anti-powdered feature. The results of the research show that the sheet enjoys good plastic strain, fine and uniform galvanized coat structure with average 10~ Fe content and smooth gradient.
