| 摘 要： | 洗钱罪是我国新刑法增加的一个罪名。为有效打击日益猖撅的洗钱犯罪,主观上应增加间接故意,扩大上游犯罪的范围,完善金融、税收等相关立法,成立反洗钱专门机构和制定反洗钱专门法令。

| Abstract: | Money laundering is a newly-added criminal term in the penal code of our country. To fight back the money laundering.it is crucial to add indirect intention, to enlarge the scope of anti-money-laundering crime,and to complete finance law and tax law. It is imperative to build anti-money-laundering organ,and to pass anti-money-laundering law. |
