| 摘 要： | 美国反联邦主义者在与联邦主义者的激烈辩论中形成了比较明晰的联邦制理念。他们对现行邦联基本上持肯定的态度,主张在其基础上进行改革。他们强烈抨击和抵制新宪法,因为它要建立一个集权政府或具有这种倾向,而不是他们所主张的联邦共和国。他们的联邦制理念,反映了他们对共和国的规模、代表制的功能和效果,以及主权的性质和归属等问题的认知。他们在与联邦主义者相互竞争和博弈中,也使自己的理念和主张融入了美国早期的国家构建之中。
