对中国大学引入董事会制度的反思

对中国大学引入董事会的主张,我们要进行深刻反思。从历史上看,大学董事会曾长期不存在;从当前实践看,许多大学也未必需要一个董事会。大学董事会的功能主要是协调各方价值判断和提供外部资源支持,但对于中国的大学而言,这两个功能的发挥受到权力平衡、治理结构和制度技术等方面的影响,其利弊不可一概而论。我们引入大学董事会制度时需要保持谨慎而有选择的态度。
