| 摘 要： | 办学经费短缺是制约当前中国高等教育超常规发展的最大瓶颈。多数国外发达国家在扩展高等教育融资来源方面也有过多年的探索和实践,并形成了多元化的融资渠道格局,为其高等教育的发展提供了坚实的资金保障。深入了解和分析这些国家高等教育的融资实践,对我国高校拓展融资渠道、完善融资方式,进而解决经费短缺问题具有重要的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Lack of funds is now the greatest problem in the development of higher education in China.Through decades of exploration and practice,most of the developed countries have diversified the outlays for their higher education,which guaranteed the development of higher education in these countries.To understand and analyze their successful practice in higher education financing will be of great benefit to the revenue reformation of higher education in China. |
