健身健美运动对中年女士骨密度的影响研究

摘    要:随着中国城镇化速度的加快,城市人口的增加,健身俱乐部健身健美运动受到越来越多的人的青睐。通过实验法、问卷调查法、数理统计法研究健身健美运动对中年女士骨密度的影响,为指导中年女士进行正确的健身来作用于自身的骨密度提供理论和实践指导,防止不正确健身方式导致骨质疏松,影响骨的健康。研究发现:健身健美运动能够防止中年女士骨的流失,在有私人教练科学指导下锻炼,能够增加中年女士的骨密度,与自己随意锻炼相比,在健身教练的指导下骨密度增加得更多(p<0.05);如果有营养师的科学饮食调配,能够使中年女士的骨密度接近或达到峰值,与其它两组相比明显大于自由组(p<0.01),与教练组相比也有明显的优势(p<0.05)。

Abstract:With the experiment , questionnaire and mathematical statistics , the paper analyzed the impact of gym exercise on the bone density .of the middle-aged lady .The aim is to provide the middle -aged lady a theoretical and practical guidance , to prevent incorrect fitness methods lead to osteoporosis .It holds that it can increased the bone density under the guidance of fitness trainer ( p 〈0.05);Only the dietician and scientific diet , can make a middle-aged woman's bone mineral density is close to or peak, compared with the other two groups significantly greater than free group (p〈0.01), compared with the coaching staff has obvious advantages(p 〈0.05).
