对近代中国戒缠足思想的历史考察

近代初期,来华传教士们出于加快传播基督福音的目的,开始对缠足等中国传统女性道德观展开批判与重构。随后以康梁为代表的维新派在运用天赋人权等思想观察、分析、批判中国妇女问题时,清晰地论证了传统缠足陋俗逐渐解体的历史必然性。近代中国戒缠足思想在辛亥时期趋于成熟,一方面是国人追求真理的理性选择,同时也是近代先进之士坚持对缠足恶习进行批判的必然结果。

Investigation of Thoughts of Quiting Foot-binding in Modern China From Perspective of History

At the beginning of modern China , foreign missionaries begin to criticize and reconstruct the foot-binding and other traditional Chinese moral idea about woman for the purpose to accelerate the spreading of Christ .Some pioneers in modern China , such as Mr .Kang Youwei and Mr .LiangQichao discussed the issues of Chinese women , clearly demonstrated the inevitability of traditional foot-binding custom being gradually disintegrated .The thoughts of quitting foot-binding has achieved a common reor-ganization in the Xinhai Revolution ., which is taken as a rational choice and also the inevitable result of the criticism of social elites.
