餐饮业广告策划与创意诉求

摘    要:随着数字化媒体的发展,人们对餐饮行业有了更多的认知和选择,所以以往短期炒作的广告创意方案也越来越满足不了餐饮企业的需要。是消费者需求促进了广告的发展,因此消费需求和心理变化趋势就是广告策划中重要的问题。广告策划与创意诉求是对广告的整体战略的预先构想,决定了广告投放后效果的好与坏。试分析目前餐饮行业广告所存在的问题,探讨如何了解消费者心理需求,如何将信息顺利地融入消费者心中,怎样把用户的惰性或抵触心理转变为主动性的欲求。

Abstract:With the development of digital media , people have more awareness of food and beverage industry .It is the consum-er demand that to promote the development of advertising , and therefore consumer demand is the important issue to consider .Ad-vertising planning and creative aspirations of the overall preconceived strategy of advertising is a determinable factor to understand the psychological needs of consumers .
