| 摘 要： | 通约是文本比较的重要前提.国共两党早期党章中的组织规约,包括组织成员、组织架构、组织制度和组织纪律等规章束约,在文字表述的形式上和中心内容的实质上呈现出可通约性与不可通约性的双重特质.比较国共两党早期党章的组织规约及各自的组织建设,有助于新时代中国共产党从党员质量、基层组织、社会联动、严纪明法及监督震慑等方面治党管党,从而进一步夯实与提升中国共产党的队伍战斗力、社会凝聚力、政治领导力与组织聚合力.
