结合地方茶点特色的茶馆经营策略研究

摘    要:随着目前茶叶市场的发展,现代化茶馆建设成为茶行业突破的关键点。以此为基点,开展对茶馆经营策略的详细研究。应以地方茶点特色为突破口,分析茶馆经营策略,完善茶馆经营理念;结合茶馆所处地理位置、面向消费对象、文化传统途径,明确茶馆目标消费群体;注重品牌实力,设计茶馆品牌宣传策略;采用创新式茶馆服务模式,转换提升员工服务意识;促进茶行业可持续发展。

Abstract:As a result of the stable development of tea market,how to build modern teahouses has become a critical point for tea industry to find its own breakthrough.Based on local characteristic refreshments,this article has conducted detailed study on the strategy of teahouse management.It has proposed that teahouses should ana⁃lyze their management strategies and complete their management ideas by taking the characteristics of local re⁃freshments as a sally point;should make their targeted consumer group clear,combining their geographic loca⁃tions,targeted consumers and path of cultural traditions;should pay attention to brand strength and design adver⁃tising strategy for teahouse brands;should adopt innovative service pattern in teahouses and transform&elevate service awareness of the staff;and should promote the sustainable development of tea industry in the economic market.
