| 摘 要： | 预研项目的中止决策是我国军队预研管理工作中的薄弱环节。提出了一种遗传算法和BP算法相结合的改进神经网络模型,利用这种方法进行预研项目的中止决策,可以使网络收敛速度加快和避免局部极小。以收集到的样本为例,对该方法进行实证研究,证明了该方法的有效性。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the genetic algorithm and BP algorithm are hybridized to form a new method for termination decision of beforehand research projects. The new method is used to speed up the convergence and improve the performance. On this basis, an empirical study is designed to verify the validity of the new method. |
