高校教代会代表的参与路径和参与周期-基于某综合性大学的案例研究

高校教代会是大学教师群体参与大学民主管理与监督的主要形式,教代会制度也是现代大学治理的重要内容。本文对北京地区某"985"综合性大学教职工代表参与教代会制度的情况进行了初步考察,发现教师和非教师两类教职工代表有着不同的参与路径和参与周期,并试图从制度分析的视角探讨这些不同,揭示教代会制度未能充分发挥其功能的深层次原因。
