| 摘 要： | 文章通过介绍热塑性注塑件的成型工艺要点和模流分析的典型结果,提出了在设计阶段采用简易模流分析软件来模拟注塑成型过程和成型后的制件缺陷形式,从而缩短产品设计全过程周期(特别是模具制造周期),降低模具的费用,提高企业在市场上的产品竞争力。

| Abstract: | The article presentes an application of the simple moldflow in design class, which is simulated injection molding process and molded parts shortcoming, by the technics essential of thermoplastic injection parts molding and the type result of moldflow analysis are described. Accordingly, manufacturer competitive capability is improved in market when it is fallen mould charge and reduces the all periods process of production design (specialties mould machining periods). |
