| 摘 要： | 在教师施教方面,董仲舒重视言传身教,主张适时、适度、适量教学,并且采用次第相传的教学方式。在教师治学方面,董仲舒强调强勉努力、专心致志和多连博贯。在教师修身方面,董仲舒认为应该通过扬善抑恶、仁智结合和积渐聚微等方法提高教师思想道德水平。

| Abstract: | With respect to teaching,Dong Zhongshu thought highly of teaching by personal example as well as verbal instruction,and advocated teaching at the right moment,at appropriate measure and at right amount.He used the teaching method by which the top stu-dents taught the slow learners.With respect to learning,Dong Zhongshu emphasized great efforts,attention and comprehensive knowledge.With respect to self-accomplishment,Dong Zhongshu thought teachers can be developed morally and intellectually step by step. |
