| 摘 要： | "首席教师负责制"是我校在实施高校思想政治理论课"05方案"过程中,为提高课程教学实效、加强集体备课并建立在教研小组制度基础上的一项新的教学改革创新。虽然它还处于初创时期,但它在教学实践中所显示出来的生命力是勿庸置疑的,具有自身独特的优越性和先进性。

| Abstract: | The Head Teacher Responsibility System is a new educational innovation during our school implementing "05 Plans" process of the university ideological theories courses, with an aim to enhance the actual curriculum teaching effect and strengthen collective lesson preparation based on the teaching and research group system. Although it is newly introduced and has some difficulties and problems, it definitely demonstrates vitality with unique superiority and advancement in the teaching practice. |
