| 摘 要： | 利用信贷资金发展地方高等教育是地方高校的必然选择。本从利用信贷资金发展地方高校的必然性、可行性以及对信贷资金的贷前论证、贷后管理和偿还等几个方面进行探讨，并提出了高校合法利用信贷资金需要解决的有关问题。
