| 摘 要： | 在现代船舶柴油机的检修中,经常用测量拐档差的方法来检查曲轴轴线的状态和主轴承的磨损情况。文章介绍了曲轴拐档差的测量方法,并以实船为例子,分析了柴油机轴线的挠曲程度、轴承磨损及船体、机座变形与否,提出了调整的方法。

| Abstract: | The alignment and wearing of the main bearing are often checked by crankshaft deflection measurement in overhauling modern marine diesel engine.This paper introdues the method of measurement,analyses the degree of misalignment,bearing wear,deformation of hull and frame.Some countermeasures are also brought forward. |
