| 摘 要： | 中共十五大提出的“非公有制经济是我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分”的论述，是对马克思主义的重大发展。在新的历史条件下，我们应以邓小平理论和中共十五大精神为指导，深刻认识非公有制经济在国民经济中的地位和作用，制订正确的方针和政策，引导非公有制经济健康地向前发展。

| Abstract: | It is a great development of Marxism that economy of non-public ownership is an important part of our socialist mar-ket economy. Under the new historical conditions, we must be under the guidance of Deng Xiaopings theory and the 15 th Congress of C. P. C, know clearly the position and function of the non-public owned economy in our national economy, formulate the correct general and specific policies and guide the non-public owned economy forward healthily. |
