| 摘 要： | 图书馆具有教育、情报、信息、文化熏陶等功能，社会主义文化的大发展、大繁荣赋予了图书馆功能更多的时代特征。但是，我们要辨证地看待图书馆的时代定位，一方面不能过分高估图书馆在经济中的作用，另一方面要重视图书馆在当代的文化传承功能。
