| 摘 要： | 本文在明确大学发展评估涵义、主体价值选择、性质与特点的基础上,探究大学发展评估的运行机制,提出进行大学发展评估需要具备领导者支持、专业知识与技术、充足的资源、内在动机、机构需求诊断、明确评估局限性等必要条件,需要坚持弹性作为和持续沟通与对话原则,同时对大学发展问题诊断和决策参谋的策略进行探析。

| Abstract: | On the basis of clarifying the connotation,characteristic and value selection of university development assessment,this paper explores operation mechanism and summarized six indispensable conditions of university development assessment,including support from leader,specialized knowledge and technique,abundance resources ,inner motivation ,institution demand diagnose,the limitation of assessment,etc.It is believed that university development assessment must stick to the elastic and continuous communication principle.At last,some related issues diagnose and decision-making strategies of university development assessment are discussed. |
