| 摘 要： | 采用调查访问法，对西安、武汉、上海、沈阳、大连、青岛、济南、北京、天津等9个足球重点城市的足球协会和职业足球俱乐部进行调查，了解了自足球职业化以来政府对职业足球俱乐部的支持基本情况，得到的结论是：在中国目前这种政治和经济大环境，以及中国足球职业化和产业化极其初级的时期，政府的支持行为对俱乐部的建设起到着至关重要的作用，为俱乐部的发展创造宽松的环境和优良的条件。
