| Abstract: | This paper tries to analyze the obstacles in English phonetics learning,which are negative transfer of mother tongue,the influence of Chinese dialect and the emotional obstacles.It then offers some countermeasures for these problems.It aims at discussing the effective methods of English phonetics learning and teaching to improve the students' language skills. |
