浙江台州医化产业集群转型升级的SWOT研究

医化产业是浙江台州市重要的产业集群,在浙江省乃至全国都占有一席之地。当前,它的发展已经进入到徘徊状态,面临着从粗放型向集约型转型、从高污染向低污染转型,从低附加值转向高附加值升级、从产业链的低端向产业链的高端升级。破解这个难题必须对这个产业集群特征进行考察,SWOT分析法在此基础上揭示了这个产业集群的内部因素与外部环境的复杂关系,根据转型升级的品牌、基地和产业链三大优势与布局、结构等劣势,提出：发挥比较优势;优化发展空间;避开劣势,把握机会;强化管理,摆脱危机;以倒逼机制确保转型升级的对策能够到位等五大对应策略。

Research on Transformation and Upgrading of Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industry Cluster by SWOT

Pharmaceutical and chemical industry cluster plays important role for economy in Taizhou City as well as Zhejiang Province and China.However,now it has been developed to its bottleneck,needing the way of transformation and upgrading to solve the problems that is to transform from an extensive and high pollutional form to an intensive and low pollutional one,and to upgrade from low value-added and low-end industry to be higher value-added and high-ended.With SWOT analysis,this paper makes comprehensive analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of this industry cluster＇ transformation and upgrading,and tries to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
