从司法公信力内涵浅谈我国司法公信力建设

司法公信力是社会公众对于司法权力在司法活动中所形成的信任度，是司法权力权威性在社会公众中的体现。司法公信力是法冶建设的重要课题，也是构建和谐社会的基础和前提。司法公信力建设是我们建设法治国家和构建和谐社会的重要课题。本文选取司法公信力内涵这一角度，通过对司法公信力内涵主流观点的分析，解读司法公信力的内涵，从而找出建设司法公信力的要件，并对要件做了较全面的评价和阐述，进而就司法公信力建设提出了自己的设想。

Discussion on Judicial Credibility Construction of Our Country from the Connotation of Judicial Credibility

Judicial credibility is the trust of social public to the judicial power in judicial activities and the form of authority on judicial power embodied in the social public. The judicial credibility is an important topic of the rule of law, also the basis and prerequisite of building a harmonious society. The judicial credibility construction is the construction under the rule of law and also an important task to build a harmonious society. Through the analysis of the connotation of judicial credibility from the mainstream view, this article interprets the connotation of judicial credibility, so as to find out the construction of judicial credibility elements, and the requirements for the comprehensive evaluation and the elaboration.
