| 摘 要： | 黑格尔对公式“A＝A”的批评被一些学者作为贬低形式逻辑同一律的主要理论根据,这是对黑格尔学说的误解和歪曲。黑格尔彻底否定的是作为形而上学世界观的同一律,而不是作为思维基本规律的同一律;他对公式“A＝A”的嘲讽中包含了他对这个公式的误解;黑格尔在《逻辑学》和《小逻辑》中并没有全盘否定形式逻辑同一律,而是对形式逻辑及同一律的作用给予了充分的肯定。

| Abstract: | Some scholars regard Hegel's criticism on the formula "A=A" as the law of identity in formal logic,which is the misunderstanding and misrepresentation of Hegel's theory. Hegel does not totally deny the law of Identity in formal logic. Rather, he fully affirms the functions of formal logic and the law of identity. |
