| 摘 要： | 提高教育质量,推动教育事业又好又快发展,培养高素质人才,教师是关键。实行师范生免费教育,形成尊师重教浓厚氛围,培养大批优秀教师,提倡教育家办学,是党中央国务院落实教育优先发展、促进教育公平的重大决策。人民教师担负着崇高的使命;引导免费教育师范生明确教师职业道德,坚定长期从教、终身从教理想,对于他们履行国家义务、担当教育重任意义重大。

| Abstract: | Teachers play the key role in improving the education quality,promoting sound and rapid development of education,and cultivating high quality talents.The Central Committee and the State Council have made a major policy decision by giving priority to education and promoting equal access to education.It includes the comprehensive education on normal school students,the formation of an atmosphere of respecting teachers and their teaching,training large numbers of outstanding teachers and promoting educators’ school running.Teachers have undertaken the noble mission of guiding the normal university students of free education into understanding their professional ethics,and aspiring for long-term or lifelong teaching.It is of great significance for them to fulfill the obligations of States and educational task. |
