摘    要:教育集团是教育产业化的产物 ,是近年来发展较为迅速的教育开发经营的新型组织形式。各种教育集团的发展模式虽不同 ,经营方式各异 ,但其本质都是企业界对教育发展领域的介入。这种介入一定程度上缓解了我国教育供求关系日益紧张的状况 ,也给学校教育和管理带来了许多积极的变化。教育组织经济化将不可避免地使教育领域传承已久的理念、规则与行为等发生变形或扭曲。因此 ,明确教育产业化的边界 ,制定集团化办学的相关政策和管理规则已成当务之急。

Abstract:The rapid development of educational groups in China results from education industrialization. Although the developmental patterns of educational groups are different in many respects, they have one common feature that they are the outcomes of enterprise investment in education development field. The investment of the kind eases the tension between educational demand and supply in a certain sense and brings some active changes to teaching and management in school. The transform of the educational organizations to enterprises might inevitably weaken the traditional ideas of education, so it is urgent for our government to formulate a policy of educational industrialization.
