| 摘 要： | 高校扩招后，学生的学习素质普遍降低给学校的教学和管理带来了一定困难，进而使学校的教学质量得不到应有的保障，因此，培养和提高学生的学习素质是保障学校教学质量的前提。文章认为，采取“分班教学”和“统一管理”的形式是培养和提高学生的学习素质的有效途径。

| Abstract: | After the increase of enrollment in universities and colleges,It brings some troubles on teaching and management that the learning quality of the students reduce generally.As a result,the teaching quality will be unable to be guaranteed.Thereby,training the students' learning quality is the premise to ensure the teaching quality.The writer thinks the effective method to train the students' study quality was to adopt the pattern of the different teaching and the unified management |
