| 摘 要： | 从事城市环境卫生的农民工吃苦耐劳,但收入很低,他们从事环卫工作,却卫生意识差。如果我们在社会地位上对他们真正做到平等,在管理方法上更加科学、合理,那么,这支环卫生力军必将在我们的城市建设中,发挥更大的作用。

They work so hard and endure so hardship, but their salary is very low, and they own lack healthy senses. If we respect them in social position, and employ them by scientific and suitable method, they will greatly contribute themself to our cities' construction. |
