| 摘 要： | 根据国际经验和我国的国情 ,我们认为 :“高新区”的地位、作用和主要功能应该定位在科技与经济之间的结合点上 ,即其基本职能应是孵育企业 ,而不仅仅是“产业开发”。

Enterprise Incubation: one of the Fundamental Functions of our High-tech Development districts |

| Abstract: | A high-tech enterprise exists in a certain social setting and it has its own social duties to perform. The article analyzes two cases to the point: the banned sale of the aphrodiasiac capsule: Viagra-Kaitai and successful invention of the HF water-mixed fuel. In this paper, the authors intent to study the ethical code that a high-tech firm has to follow in a bid to get along well with the public, the social background and the governmental departments concerned as well. |
