| 摘 要： | 依法行政是当前政府工作的一项重要任务 ,加入 WTO后 ,政府行为的公开性和透明性要求进一步增强 ,这就需要政府的高效廉洁 ,必须加强政府的依法行政。对于市场发育很不完善的西部地区 ,在依法行政上存在许多弊端 ,在加入世贸组织后 ,建立一个效率、竞争、法治的市场经济机制 ,更需要加强西部地方政府的依法行政

| Abstract: | Administration by law is an important task for government. After entry into WTO, the open and vitrification of governmental activities should be stressed, which requires that government must administrate according to laws. There are many shortcomings of administration by law in the western region where market economy is not sound. After entry into WTO, administration by law for local government in the western region should be strengthened to set up the market systems of efficiency, competition and ruling by law. |
