生物膜填料塔净化低浓度苯乙烯废气的初步实验研究

摘    要:介绍了生物法净化苯乙烯废气的原理及国内外近年来的应用研究情况.采用生物填料塔进行了净化苯乙烯废气的初步实验研究,在入口苯乙烯浓度为135mg/m3、气体流量为200 L/h、循环液流量为12 L/h的操作条件下,废气中苯乙烯的去除率达到99.6%以上,即采用生物膜填料塔处理低浓度苯乙烯废气能够达到比较理想的效果.

Abstract:The purification of Styrene waste gas using biological method and its currently applicable studies both at home and abroad were introduced in this paper. A primary experimental research showed that, when the concentration of Styrene in influent gas was 135 mg/m3 and the gas flow was 200 L/h, and circulated liquid flow was 12 L/h, 99. 6% of Styrene could be removed from waste gas by using a biological trickling filter. So the result indicates the method of using biological trickling filter is capable of removing styrene waste gas in low concentration.
