| 摘 要： | 高师院校共青团组织向党组织推荐优秀团员入党有其重要的意义。主要举措是：抓住一个“早”字，做到“早选苗、早培养、早推荐”，突出一个“严”字，提高推优质量；落实一个“实”字，使推优工作“多股力量形成合力”。

| Abstract: | It is of great importance to recommend excellent Youth League members in colleges to the Party organizations as Party member candidates. Great attention has been paid to: choosing the candidates, training them and recommending them in an early stage; setting a strict demand on them to guarantee the quality; doing more solid work with joint efforts. |
