摘    要:21世纪互联网是知识经济时代的重要支柱。期刊、图书旧有的传播形式逐渐为新兴的网络传播媒介所取代。由此而产生的编辑出版网络数字化、整体化、个人化、大众化、出版权力等问题,使期刊、图书编辑出版业面临着重大变革,也成为编辑、出版、传播学急待研究探讨的重要课题。

Abstract:In the 21st century, the network will gradually become an important support to this century of knowledge economy. The network diffusion mode will taka the place of some traditional diffusion modes, such as periodicals and paper books. In this process, we will face the problems of the digitalization, integration and popularization of the editing and publishing of the network. Furthermore, the reformation of the traditional diffusion modes is a problem that should be se-riously dealt with.
