社会科学如何得以开放——读华勒斯坦等的《开放社会科学》

开放的社会科学,何以可能？究竟应该如何建构？这是诸多社会思想家试图努力作出回应的试题。伊曼纽尔.华勒斯坦等人在所著《开放社会科学》中,循着历史的踪迹对社会科学进行反思,提出了基于一种多元普遍主义统一性上的建设性批判,追问并试图澄清建构开放社会科学所需的基本预设和具体路径。本文认为经过知识领域的对立到合作,认识论领域的分化到弥合,社会科学具有了趋于开放的基本背景前提。并试图解析华勒斯坦否思社会科学的方法论框架——世界体系论,探讨书中所隐含的知识与权力的关系等,探究社会科学得以组织化和制度化的本来面目。

How could social sciences Be Open？ How to construct？ This is such an issue that many thinkers have been trying to explain.Following the historical trail,Immanuel Wallerstein and his collaborators reflected on the social sciences,put forward to a constructive critique,which based on an unity from multi-universalizatism,and then made an attempt at clarifying the theory presupposition and specific path needed by opening social sciences.The author of this paper argues that two aspects make social sciences possess the basic background premise tending to be open,while one is the ＂opposite to cooperation＂ in the field of knowledge,the other one is the ＂differentiation to integration＂ in the field of epistemology.Furthermore,the study attempts to explain the methodology frame,which called the world system theory,discuss the relationship between knowledge and power indicated by the authors,and examine the true features in the process of systematization and institutionalization of social sciences.
