| 摘 要： | 饭店效率研究是饭店业学术研究的核心问题之一.运用DEA方法的CRS、VRS、NIRS模型,从经济类型、规模、星级情况3个角度,计算出我国饭店业整体效率以及不同类型饭店的整体效率,并对结果进行相应分析,以期揭示我国饭店业的整体运营现状.
