| 摘 要： | 当前的课程改革实践中还存在着种种惰性因素.探寻它们存在的原因并突破这些惰性因素,不仅必要而且迫切.突破课程改革实践惰性的基本策略包括:使课程改革与学校"校情"相适应,注重学校组织特性的适时调整.由面面俱到走向引导调控;增强教师的自我认识,营造和谐开放的教师文化;提倡多样化的课程改革方式.

| Abstract: | Many intertia factors exist in present curriculum reform practice.Finding out the reasons and breakthrrough inertia is not only necessary,but also urgent.The specific strategies of oversomeing inertia include:make reform adapt to school situation,adjust characteristics of school organization,tend towards leading and regulating from reaching every aspect of a matter;strengthen teachers' self-cognization,build harmonious and exoteric teacher culture;advocate diverse curriculum reform patterns. |
