| 摘 要： | 在三值逻辑电路设计中，逻辑函数经常采用POS形式，为此，利用三值K图法最小化规则或者表格法最小化规则，先获得所求三值格代数逻辑函数最小化POS形式的反函数，再利用香农定律，最终可方便地获得该三值逻辑函数最小化POS形式。

| Abstract: | In the design of MOS ternary logic circuits, the logic function is always expressed in the form of products of sum. First, it is necessary to get the minimal iveverse function of ternary lattice algebra logic function in the form of sum of products by means of minimizing the ternary logic function in Karnaugh maps or tables. By using the Shannon's theorem, it should be obtained to the minimization for ternary logic function in the form of products of sum conveniently at last. |
