摘    要:研究目的:探究高住低训法(HiLo)对提高运动员身体耐力要素的效果和机理,掌握HiLo实施过程中血象指标在不同暴露期的真实释放情况,认识HiLo时的血象指标的变化规律,为HiLo应用训练提供应用理论依据;研究方法:采用实验法测定优秀耐力性项目运动员(HiLo)前后生理生化指标的变化;研究结果:实验表明,中等强度训练的低氧暴露能有效提高血红蛋白(Hb)、网织红细胞(RET)、红细胞平均容积(MCV)、红细胞平均蛋白含量(MCH)及血球压积(Hct)水平,明显提高短道速滑、自行车等项目运动员身体机能和耐力水平。

Abstract:The purpose is to research the effect and mechanism of HiLo on advancing the athletes' endurance level.By collecting the true instances of hemo-indexes during different Hilo implementation,the change characteristic of hemo-indexes during HiLo is identified to be as a theoretic reference for HiLo applied training.The method is to try a test measuring some excellent endurance event athletes' physiological and biochemical indexes.The results shows that HiLo with midding intensity training can effectively increase the level of Hb,RET,MCV,MCH and Hct index,evidently advance the physical enginery and endurance level of short track speed skaters and cyclists.
