教学理论与实践关系的文化思考

摘    要:根据文化的视角,教学理论与实践的关系问题实际上是教学理论如何指导和改进教学实践的问题,教学理论、教学实践、教学理论工作者、教学实践工作者是构成这一关系的几个要素。这些要素都是文化性存在,具有特定的文化属性,共同组成了教学理论与教学实践相互作用的文化生态系统。教学理论与教学实践之间的关系表现为文化依存、文化冲突和文化适应。"文化对话"是破解教学理论与实践关系的基本途径,而"文化对话"的具体方式为树立文化对话观念,建立文化对话共同体,建立文化对话制度。
