| 摘 要： | 民国建立后，女学进入一个相对平稳的发展期，尤其是在“五四”运动之后，女子教育更是呈现蓬勃发展之势。女子教育之所以蓬勃发展有三个方面的经济原因，即政府教育投入、社会资本的支持、家庭对女子教育承受能力的增强。其中政府的教育投入和社会资本的支持为其主要的经济原因，而家庭承受能力的增强则为其发展提供了社会基础。
