| 摘 要： | 学生体育伤害事故一直是学校行政处理和法律诉讼的难点，本文认为遵循国家相关法律，抓好事前预防、事中处理和事后保障问题，建立一套切实可行的安全保障机制能有效降低其发生率。根据目前我国相关法律法规不够健全和赔偿工作难度极大的现状，建议：（1）尽早尽快完善相关法律法规，（2）依托商业保险建立学生体育伤害事故赔偿机制。
