温州市女民营企业家健康与体育锻炼现状的研究

采用医务体检、体质测试、问卷调查、访谈等方法，对温州市103名女民营企业家（26—48岁）的健康现状、患病情况，以及体质测试与生活行为和体育锻炼的关系等方面进行调查分析与研究。结果表明：温州市女民营企业家身体健康状况不容乐观，人均患病达2．25次；体质测试总体合格率为69．82％，低于全国和浙江省成年人71．40％和79．70％的平均水平；大多数女民营企业家的日常生活方式差，参加体育锻炼少。本课题的研究为女民营企业家的生活方式、行为健康、体育锻炼等方面提些有益的建议。

Research on Female Private Entrepreneurs'Status Quo of Physique and Physical Exercises in Wenzhou City

Using medical examinations,physical tests,questionnaires and interviews this paper makes analysis on health condition,illness situation,physical test,life behavior,sports exercise of 103 female private entrepreneurs in Wenzhou city.The result shows thattheir health situation among female entrepreneurs is unoptimistic,one falls ill at a rate of 2.25 times on average,their physical qualification rate is 69.82%,which is lower than the nation's average of 71.40% and that of Zhejiang province,which reads 79.70%....
