| 摘 要： | 基层干部出现“防记者”的现象,这说明基层政务公开不够,媒体业从业不够规范,媒体监督未能发挥有效作用。要实现依法治国,规范媒体产业,强化媒体监督,就必须尽快制定实施《新闻法》。

| Abstract: | The phenomenon that some cadres at the grassroots level guard against reporters has widely appeared,which explained the insufficiency of the open government business at the grassroots level,the insufficient standard employed by the media industry,and the ineffective effect displayed by the media surveillance.To rule a nation legally,to standardize the media industry,and to strengthen the media surveillance,we must make and implement the "News Law" as soon as possible. |
