| 摘 要： | 根据战时对地理环境的特殊要求并结合单兵信息系统指挥监控中心的主要功能，提出在MapInfo平台上对指挥监控中心的GIS功能进行开发．介绍了开发各项功能的方法及流程，并对GIS功能的实现作了具体的分析．

| Abstract: | According to the special requirements of geography and environment in war time and combined with the main functions of monitoring command center, this paper exploits the GIS functions of monitoring command center based on the Maplnfo. The paper mostly expatiates on the methods and courses of exploitation, particularly analyzes the realization of the GIS functions. |
