发展产业集群：我国产业组织优化的新途径

我国产业组织优化的实践证明，仅通过培育发展大型企业集团难以达到产业组织优化的目标，而发展产业集群则是实现我国产业组织优化的新途径。为此从SCP分析范式的角度，对产业集群优化产业组织的作用机理进行了较为系统的分析，认为产业集群不仅能实现产业组织优化的经济目标，更赋予产业组织优化社会化的内容。产业集群的发展，为我国产业组织优化提供了新途径。

The Development of Industrial Clusters:a New Way to Optimize China's Industrial Organization

Practice of China's Industrial Organization Optimization has proved that it is difficult to achieve goals only by the development of large enterprise groups This paper use the SCP analytical frame analyzes the operational mechanism of how industrial clusters optimize the industrial organization. And concludes that industrial clusters not only to realize the economic targets of industrial organization optimization and give some social contents to it. The development of industrial clusters provides a new way for the optimization of industrial organization.
