骨干教师的专业发展是教师专业化的关键。中学数学骨干教师在专业发展过程中对知识的需求依次为学科教育类、教育类、实践类和普通文化类，但对数学文化在数学教育中的价值认识不足。因此，中学数学骨干教师专业发展中应平衡教师当前实际需要和专业发展需求，在数学文化视野下创新培养途径并运用案例反思促进骨干教师自主发展。

The skeleton teachers＇development of specialty is the key to the development of specialty. The skeleton teachers＇ requirements on the development of specialty include the knowledge on pedagogy of mathematics, pedagogy, culture and practice. Based on investigations, the paper suggests that skeleton teachers should balance the requirements between practice and the development of specialty, and innovate approaches of cultivation to promote self - development of skeleton teachers.
