| 摘 要： | 蓬勃发展的纳米技术蕴涵着巨大的不确定性。面对可能的风险，本文从“共生产”与“共同责任”的视角出发，指出了及早开展有关伦理、法律和社会问题（ELSI）研究的重要性。本文回溯了人类基因组ELSI计划及其局限，随后又介绍了荷兰与美国学者将ELSI研究整合进纳米技术发展实际过程的两种尝试性进路。最后，本文对加强中国纳米技术的ELSI研究提出了初步建议。
