| 摘 要： | 社交网络技术（SNS）的出现，极大提升了信息传播能力并对社会产生了一些可预期的影响。本文基于调适性结构理论和IT资源基础理论，试图阐述SNS技术对个人、组织和社会层面的影响机制。研究发现SNS技术对社会的诸多层面存在不同的正面和负面效应，政府与企业应积极利用SNS技术趋利避害，倡导个人健康生活、构建新型组织模式、促进社会管理创新。
