| 摘 要： | 通过采用SCL-90量表测量、比较实验等方法,对实验对象采用课内外一体化的整体教学进行干预实验。结果显示:课内外一体化教学能促进偶尔参加运动的学生心理健康水平,对推进体育课程教学改革及体育与健康教育相结合的具体实施做一有益的探讨。
